Massive Foreclosure Profits!

If you’re looking to start investing in real estate foreclosures, then by now you’ve surely heard of Jeffrey Ringold’s course titled “Massive Foreclosure Profits”. If you haven’t, well you have now :)

Anyway, I thought I’d detail a review of my experience with the product to hopefully help a few of you out there.

Like a lot of these pages seem to be done these days, this product is full of hype. Terms like ‘firing your boss’, ‘working when you want to’ and ’staking your claim in the billion dollar real estate industry’ are designed to get your heart racing, and make you buy. Some would go as far as to say scam - I wouldn’t go that far, although that’s definitely the case with some products out there as everyone’s out looking to make a quick buck.

Well I’ll set things straight early - it’s not a scam - always a good thing. Hyped - yes, scam - definitely not.

In fact Jeffrey does set things straight early on, with this point:

One: I’m NOT going to promise you can make $250,000 a year or a month or $2,000 a day. That’s total hype. I don’t know you, your skills nor your background. How could I guarantee such a thing?

It’s something you won’t hear often, especially in this industry. It’s Ringold being ‘real’, and thankfully that is a theme which is continually reinforced during my time looking through this product. He also gives you a phone number - a direct line to speak to him. Kudos for that also - I’d definitely recommend ringing him for a chat just for your own piece of mind if you decide to buy his product.

There’s a free membership to Jeffrey Ringold’s “Massive Profits Newsletter” - valued at $197. Now you know as well as I do that these values are just plucked out of thin air to give some perceived value to things like newsletters, so don’t get sucked in by that. However, I would recommend you sign up to the newsletter - behind the hype it does actually contain some good information that makes it worth your time to sign up and give away your valuable email address. Like most newsletters out there you can unsubscribe at any time so just take a look risk free, I think a lot of you will stay on.

So already to me, Ringold was looking quite trustworthy. He also lists a number of testimonials on his site - they are from real people, including audios, and don’t make outrageous claims. I get a bit suspicious with those out there who promise the world and millions of dollars, so this piqued my interest also.

Anyway, enough on the web site - you can read up on it further yourself and form your own opinions - Massive Foreclosure Profits

“Tell me about the product!” I can hear you say. Ok, well here’s my take.

Disclaimer - I’m not a guru investor. I’m not a handyman - some say I wouldn’t know one end of a hammer from the other. I have read a lot of real estate information over the last few years, so with that experience under my belt I’ll let you know what I think to the best of my ability.

The product is definitely step by step. It tells you the steps to take as simply as possible - it actually does quite a good job to simplify some concepts which at first glance may appear complex.

You also don’t need a big amount of cash to get started. I started out with one of the methods using only a few thousand dollars, which I was able to borrow against the equity in my home, but you can get going even cheaper than that still.

I was also impressed that I could see the steps actually working in my head while I read through the course. These aren’t situations that rarely pop up - these are every day situations that even I could see just how simple yet workable the strategies are.

Anyway, the $137 that I forked out has been paid back with my first (and only deal so far). I have a couple of properties myself, but decided that I could use strategies from this course to get involved with a third. I believe a key tip I picked up out of this course led to me buying a property about 10% under its current market value - making me about $8,000 or so after expenses immediately in the form of added equity. Not enough to retire on, sure. But I’m happy that I was able to justify my outlay and recoup it (at least on paper) relatively quickly.

Actually, one of the reasons I finally took the plunge was Ringold added a package of 7 bonuses to his package to go with his 90 day 100% money back guarantee. This is something that I look for these days - if the owner of the product doesn’t put this up then I’m really turned off. I like them to take the risk, not me! Anyway a quick call to Ringold confirmed I could keep the bonuses if I returned the product, even though a few unscrupulous customers have done that just to get the bonuses. So with him carrying the risk and not me, I finally took the dip, and overall I’m pretty happy I did.

So I would say the product has been worth it. Did I learn a heap? I wouldn’t say so - most was common sense. But from my reading over the years, I’m happy that these strategies are those endorsed by others, and will stand the test of time. And the fact I recouped my outlay so quickly with a nice solid deal was great - I’m far from a risk taker so solid is good enough for me :)

I hope my review helps you if you were thinking about purchasing this product - if you make a decision to buy or not to buy based on what you’ve read here then it was worth the half hour or so I spent typing this up! If you hadn’t heard about this product before and it’s what you’re looking for, then I’m glad to help :)

Good luck with it if you decide to go ahead, and I’d love to hear your experiences with it.
